Yalu River

Taken after my North Korea visit, peering into the barren North Korean shoreline from Dandong, China. Both bridges seen in this picture were destroyed during the Korean War. The bridge on the left, the Sino-Korean Friendship Bridge, has since been repaired and now serves as a lifeline to North Korea. The still-broken bridge on the right is now a tourist attraction.
